We use Class and customers and now all of a sudden when I go to create a new Check or Expense transaction I can't view the Class or customer or billable columns and now the tag field is missing as well.

Why does Intuit do this stuff ??? Don't we pay them enough ?

I understand how important it is to have access to all necessary fields when creating transactions, DeviyaC. Let me guide you through the process.

First, let's ensure that the Class, Customers, Billable columns, and Tag fields are not disabled when using the Expense and Check features. Here are the step-by-step instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon located in the upper right corner of your screen.
  2. Under Your Company, select the Account and settings tab.
  3. Click on the Expenses section.
  4. Locate the Bills and Expenses section to check all settings that may need changed.
  5. If any of these settings are off, select the Pencil icon to edit and toggle them to on.

If all settings are correct and you still cannot see the required fields, I recommend some basic troubleshooting steps. Start by clearing your browser's cache, which can help eliminate outdated or corrupt data that may lead to loading errors or operational problems. Alternatively, try accessing the site with a different supported browser to see if the issue might be related to browser-specific extensions or compatibility concerns.
