Can't view loans in the Lending & Banking tab

In the past month I can no longer view my clients' loans in the Lending & Banking tab. Is there a way to fix this? Could it possibly be something in my settings? I've already turned off my pop-up blocker for Quickbooks Online to see if this could help and it has not.

The screenshot shows what I see now when I go to the tab. I was able to see their loans as recently as early September.

The Community Space is once again delighted to have a new member joining the forum, BBB241. Thank you for providing a detailed description of your concern and for sharing a screenshot. I'll be here to ensure you'll have access to your client's loans in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To start, I would encourage reaching out to your client directly and verifying whether they are experiencing the same issue with viewing their loans in the Lending & Banking tab. This step is crucial, as it will help you determine if the problem is isolated to your account or if it’s a broader issue affecting both you and your client.

After that, if you confirmed your client has the Term loan option, I'd recommend we perform a few basic troubleshooting to rule out the possibility of a browser-related issue on your end. Sometimes, problems with the browser can prevent certain features from displaying correctly.  You can start by accessing your account using an incognito or private browsing window. Occasionally, problems can arise from browser issues such as a full cache or outdated files. An incognito or private window provides a fresh browsing experience, as it doesn't retain cookies, history, or cached data from previous sessions.

Refer to the following keyboard shortcuts specific to your browser type:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the private browsing session works without issues, the next step is to clear your browser's cache to reset the system. This action refreshes the browser and helps resolve any lingering problems. Ensure to perform this on supported and updated web browsers recommended for the best performance with QuickBooks.

Alternatively, if your client has experience the same issue, I'd suggest you contact our live support team for assistance. They are equipped with the necessary resources for a screen-sharing session to further examine the cause of why you're currently experiencing this matter.

Thank you for sharing your experience regarding the issue with viewing your clients' loans in the Lending & Banking tab, BBB241. It’s understandable how challenging this can be, especially since you were able to access this information just a month ago. Let me know in the comments section below if you have more inquiries about managing your client's account.
