Question

Can we auto attach contract to estimates

We are hoping to find a way to auto attach a service contract to an estimate for service. This one step seems to get missed, a lot, and I'm trying to find a way to eliminate the need to attach the file ever time we create an estimate.

If there a way to set -up our estimates with our contract auto attached, so it goes out with every estimate?

Thanks for sharing your ideas here in the Community, @Carrie31.

The option to auto-attach contracts to estimates in QuickBooks Online would be a great idea. However, this is currently unavailable.

Here's how:

@Stacyface4483

You can use a proposal management app to integrate with QBO as a workaround. But you will use their own processor to accept credit card or direct debit payments later.
