Is there a way to generate a list of terminated employees over a period of time?

@crownmfg, it's an honor to welcome you to the Community. I'm delighted to be the first to help you resolve your concern regarding generating and printing a list of terminated employees for a specific period.

 

You can run the Employee Details report to have a list of terminated employees. You just need to modify it into Inactive Employees. I'd be glad to show you how:

 

  1. Select the Reports menu.
  2. In the search field, type in Employee Details.
  3. Below Employee, choose Inactive Employees.
  4. Hit Run report.
  5. Press the drop-down arrow next to Share
  6. Click Printer Friendly, then Print.
