If you enter all the info for a bill and then realize it should have been a purchase order- can you flip it or do you have to delete and redo?

Thanks for asking that question here, @jmkentel.

Currently, converting a bill to a purchase order isn't possible. What we can do is delete the bill you created and redo it as a purchase order.

However, before you delete the bill, ensure to save the details so that you'll encounter no difficulty once you recreate it as a purchase order.

Here's how to delete the bill:

  1. In the left navigation, click Expenses.
  2. Select Bills. Then, go to Unpaid.
  3. Look for the bill you created. After that, tap the dropdown icon beside the Schedule payment and below the Action column. Then, pick Delete bill.
  4. Click Delete in the prompt shown.

Once done, recreate it as a purchase order and enter the details.
