Can you help me to transfer money from Quickbook to an external account? Regular way is not working for me

When you say the regular way isn't working for you, do you mean using the Transfer Funds option? If so, would you mind sharing what happens when you try this way? For example, are you receiving an error message? 

If not, I encourage you to use this option when recording a transfer in QuickBooks. I've included some steps below to walk you through the process.

1. Select + New.
2. Choose Transfer.
3. From the Transfer Funds From the dropdown list, click on the bank account that the money is coming from.
4. From the Transfer Funds To dropdown list, choose the bank account that the money is going to.
5. In the Transfer Amount field, enter the amount being transferred.
6. Edit the Date field.
7. Enter a description of the transfer in the Memo field (optional).
8. Select Save and Close or Save and New to complete the transfer.
9. Hit Yes if you double-checked the date.
