Can you turn off the quickbooks ads that show up on the pages? they are getting quite annoying.

I truly understand how you feel right now. In the meantime, the option to turn off QuickBooks Online (QBO) Ads is not yet available; you have to manually close or disregard the ads by clicking the No thanks or X button.

For your second concern, there are times that your browser has data corruption that causes applications to crash or display data incorrectly; try signing in to your QBO using a private browser or (incognito) to help your computer or device run optimally we can do a clear cache and cookies.

 Choose the applicable steps for your specific browser. Then, you can visit this link:

• Google Chrome
• Safari for Mac
• Safari for iPad and iPhone
• Microsoft Edge

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser to refresh the data.
