can you use a different email than a gmail account for sending invoices

I see you're interested in using your Outlook email address to send the invoices, @TDConte.
 
I'm here to share some information about this.In sending invoices through a different email provider, you can download them in PDF format and manually send them via your preferred email service outside the program as a workaround.
 
Here's how you can download it:
 
  1. Go to Sales and select Customers.
  2. From the Transaction List tab, find and select the invoice you want to download or print.
  3. Click the Print or Preview button, then select Print or Preview.
  4. Select the Download icon.
  5. Insert the file into your customer email address.

 

Alternatively, you can also select the Save and Share link option to copy the invoice link and send it through your email provider. This way, your customer can download, print, or pay their invoices instantly. You may refer to the image below:
