Cannot Apply for QuickBooks Checking

Hello,

 

Can someone help me with this? I want to apply for QB checking account and when I clicked "Apply", it took me to a page that says (PFA)

I've tried to do this in incognito tab too and it didn't work. I called the customer support number and the rep wasn't helpful at all. What should I do at this point?

While I would love to help you here in the Community, we cannot access your account. For a better experience, I suggest contacting the Merchant Service Center directly. They have the tools to review your account and identify the root cause of this issue. They can also suggest ways to fix the problem.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern and click on Let's Talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with the support team:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Request that we call you back.

I called them, but it's still not helpful. Every time I talk to customer support, it connects me with a low-level rep from a third-world country. They kept putting me on hold for a long time since they couldn't help and just kept bouncing around.

 

It's extremely frustrating. The error looks like it's coming from QB, and a tech person probably has to solve it manually. All I want to do is to apply for a business checking account.

 

Can someone guide me on this further?
