cannot Connect Excel

This message is showing up when I Try to connect my VB routine to Quick books, Exception: The Quick books company Data file is currently open in a mode other than the one specified by your application.

My databases is already working multi-user mode

Hi , Thanks for your answer , but is not a networking problem, network is working fine, I create a Visual Basic Routine in Excel in order to search information on Quickbooks 

 

Set sessionManager = CreateObject("QBFC15.QBSessionManager")

sessionManager.OpenConnection "", "QckbookSearch"
sessionManager.BeginSession "", 0 ' 0 = omDontCare

 

When I Try to Begin the Session from excel that error message show up
