Cannot print checks only check stubs

Allow me to chime in and have your checks printed.

 

We can start by disabling pop-up blockers and updating Adobe Acrobat reader to the latest version. After that, you can try to print a sample check to test if it fits right. 

 

If you're still getting the same results, let's try opening your account in Private mode and see if it works for you. This method prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser problems. Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N. 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari: press Command Shift N.

 

If it works, clear the browser's cache. It removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate.
