Cannot read my credit card register.....says " Cannot read properties of null (reading "getMonth'

I just cannot read my credit card register.  When I try to open up my credit card register in various ways (Chart of Accounts, Reconcile, Expenses).......The red alert prompt says "Something's not quite right" and then it says it cannot read properties of null.

Sometimes, excessive cache accumulation within your browser can lead to unexpected issues with the product. This might be the underlying cause for the error message you're encountering when trying to access your account in your COA, Reconciliation page, and Expenses menu.

 

To pinpoint and resolve the issue, I recommend opening your account in a private browsing window. This will help determine if the problem is related to cache build up and allow us to fix it. Here's how to access incognito mode:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox ).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).
