Question

Cannot transfer money from my personal account to a quickbooks envelope. I receive an error message. I have done these types of transfers in the past but now I cannot.

I get a message that states "hmm that didn't work. please check your bank info or account balance." The funds are available and disconnecting the account and then re-adding it does not seem to help. I tried contacting the support team and no one was able to assist me with the issue.

Allow me to share some insights about this matter. Since the error message contains your bank information and account balance, I suggest reaching out to your bank. It is to know if there's an existing issue on their end that affects your transaction.

However, if you continue to get the same error, I recommend contacting our Payments Support for further assistance. One of our specialists can look into this further in a safe environment.

I refuse to accept this as an answer. I have now tried contacting your support team via phone and live chat and everyone says the exact same thing. I have now called my bank on several occasions and they say it is not on their end. Given the experience I have had with quickbooks checking since signing up, I believe my personal bank over the response I continue to receive from everyone at QB. I need concrete answers on how I can get this issue fixed. I do not need a list of bullets that highlights the same crap that everyone already knows how to do. I have gone through multiple threads and done multiple different work-arounds with no success. How many complaints will it take for you team to actually figure out an issue a PAYING client is having? Does this issue need to be sent ot a supervisor or manager? I'm extremely unsatisfied with the experience and have been contemplating canceling my account altogether. I NEED A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM.
