I wish I could fix the login issue on my end as soon as possible. However, I don't have enough tools to further investigate the problem here in the Community. This way, you get back where you left off.
The said investigation is still In Progress in our records. Our engineers are tirelessly investigating this experience and exploring the root cause. Rest assured that QuickBooks will send an email once the issue is fixed.
For now, I suggest you continue to follow up with our Customer Service team about the investigation status. Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a swift response.
