I'm here to provide information about this, Insecc0.

Currently, using a UK phone number for a US-based QuickBooks Online (QBO) version isn't available.

Also, since you can't access your phone number, I recommend following my colleague's steps to use the account recovery form.

If the issue persists, you can contact our support team at 800-4INTUIT to connect with an expert. This way, they further investigate this while ensuring your info remains secure.

I've added this article about modifying your account info: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.

Hello there, @Insecc0. I've got you covered. Let me guide you on how to recover your Intuit account.

Since you're having trouble signing into your account and you don't have access to the old phone number, you can still access your account by using your email address on file to receive the verification code. You can follow the steps below:

Go to our sign-in help page.
Enter the email address for your account.
Provide the verification code we sent or follow the instructions in the message.
Reset your password, or you can select Skip.

However, if you lost access to your phone number and email address, you could use the account recovery form in this article to recover your account as an alternative. We'll process your account request within one business day. Please know that only you can make changes to your account, and our support team doesn't have access to modify or update your information for security purposes. You can refer to the image below:

Once you recover your account, you can change your sign-in credentials or go right to the product.

Additionally, you can refer to this article if you like to download your data and update your profile, security settings, or third-party apps: Access and manage your personal data from your Intuit Account.

I cannot use that method to reset my password as it ends up requiring my phone number confirmation as well as my email.

I'm in the Uk for the forseeable future but need to access quickbooks for my paystubs to file my taxes asap. How will I be able to add my UK number? Will it work just the same? Or will it only work with a US number since its the US version?
