I have a case# for something I was told was a known problem and it has been worked on for many months.  It is very important to me.  Is there anyway you can view a case# on-line to determine where it stands?  If not that would be very helpful and would save some lengthy phone calls.

I phoned in June 10, 2024 and spoke at length regarding the $6.00 charge that continues to be charged to my Visa ending in 2014?  I received another notice July 9, 2024 at 12:47, invoice 10001320770930 dated 07/09/2024 for $6.00 notifing me of another charge to my Visa?  I have canceled all subscription with Intuit Quickbooks and no longer use your company to handle my accounting needs as of the end of March 31, 2024?

Please help stop you from charging my business Visa the $6.00 charge.

  1. Open and access this link: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.
  2. Navigate to the Look up your charge section.
  3. Choose the Payment method from the dropdown.
  4. Fill in the Card number and the Exact charge amount fields accordingly.
  5. Select the Date of charge and other required details.
  6. Once done, click Look up charge.
