Hi there, @Ferd1. Thanks for posting here.

As much as we want to help you, we'd like to know more about the detailed info of your goal. Like what kind of file you're trying to save and print.

Please come back here if you have additional info. We'll be willing to attend to it. Take care, and thanks again.

Sir, anything I want to print in QB Online like an invoice, a check or whatever, will take me to a screen of :

Print, email, or save as PDF
To print, right-click the preview and select Print. Or, click the Print icon if you see one below.
and when I open the only blue tab that says to open- it makes me save the file in "My Folders" first. So I have to creat a location in there to save the pdf FIRST!. It should just print!
i just tried to print a balance sheet- it (a page) wouldnt even load. this problem started late Spring?May ish. My business drops off int the summer since I serve a lot of School Districts, so i didnt much think about it - and now I need it.
I was given a case number and was told to wait 24-48 hours for engineers to get back to me for a problem they already know about. I contacted QB this evening and never got a response from the agent about the status of something that should have been fixed before I contacted your offices. I am real upset. So QB has created more steps/work for me to do and have a non-descript folder to store transactions before I can print them.
