Cashpro and QBO syncing error

Hi QBO Team,

 

I already connected Cashpro and QBO but when when I try to sync the transactions, I encounter a few errors. See attached file for the screenshots.

 

Hope you can help me with this.

It looks like the error is from the Cashpro side, CashFlowDoctor.

 

You'll want to follow the instructions on the error message to fix it. Then, sync the transactions again.

 

If it didn't make any difference, I suggest reaching out to Cashpro support so they can help you resolve it. Let me guide you:

  1. Click Apps.
  2. Go to the My Apps tab.
  3. Select the Cashpro app, then select the contact options under Contact or Support
