Changing the name of a custom header designation

Years ago I made this custom header field. I don't even remember the reason for doing that.

I want to change the text in the box that says "Ship Via KW". I know I can change the title.

Edit a customer and then, on the Additional Info tab, click Define Fields and change away.

Cool, thank you. For the life of me I don't even know why I created that when there is already a Ship Via field. But that was 7 years ago.
