Hi there, @Sarah_HM. I'll show you how we can view specific accounts associated with every transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We can pull up particular reports to see which account your transaction was posted. Thus, we can use the Transaction Detail by Account report to see transactions per account or Transaction List with Splits reports to view split transactions with every account associated with each split.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. In the search bar section, type in the Transaction Detail by Account or Transaction List with Splits reports.
3. To narrow down results specific to this month, let's change the Report period to particular dates.
4. Click the Customize button to apply additional filters or columns.
5. Lastly, click Run Report.
