Let me direct you to the right support to ensure you're getting the right subscription, Secret Garden.

QuickBooks Self-Employed is better for maximizing your tax benefits as a sole proprietorship, but it doesn't offer anything else. If your account is showing as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Non-Profit, you'll have to contact our support team again, so they can take a look and double-check your account. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and be able to see what happened to your account if it was being switched to another QuickBooks product or not.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.

You may want to browse some of our QBSE articles in case you have further questions, I've added this link for your reference: QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) Help Articles.

Post your comment below if you have any questions about your subscription. We're always here to help you.
