Class List

Hi,

Please can you tell me to modify the class list on QBO.
There is existing data in the class which we need to modify so how to do it without delating data.
What happens to the existing data in that class if it is removed?

I can help you modify your class list in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Aleksandra.

 

If you already have data associated with the class, there is no need to delete the transaction as changes will automatically apply.

 

These are the steps on how to modify your class list:

 

  1. On the Gear icon ⚙ , choose All lists.
  2. On the Lists, click Classes.
  3. Under Actions, select the drop-down arrow ▼ on the class you want to edit. 
  4. Press Edit.

 

If you delete a class that contains data, it will appear as deleted in reports along with the transaction.
