Column Widths

Looking at Purchase Orders, Estimates, and Invoices, how can I adjust the column width and have it save that way?  The Description box is very narrow, which should be the widest column, and the Quantity box is very wide, which should be the most narrow.  I don't want to have to make the font smaller.

I can definitely help you with that, mwagner17.

By editing your form templates in QuickBooks Online, we can modify the column widths to accommodate the necessary information without compromising readability. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Custom form styles.
  3. Open the appropriate template.
  4. Head to the Content tab, then click the Table section.
  5. Select Edit Labels and Widths, then adjust the size.
  6. Click Done to save the changes.
