Como importar invoice para el software de quick books

Estoy aquí para ayudarlo a importar facturas desde diferentes software en QuickBooks Online. Para comenzar, abramos el software que utilizó al crear las facturas e importemoslas como un archivo de Excel.

Después de eso, siga estos pasos para cargar las facturas:

1. Prepare su hoja de cálculo.
2. Haga clic en el ícono de ajustes.
3. En Herramientas, elija Importar datos.
4. Seleccione Facturas y luego presione Siguiente.
5. Asigne los encabezados de las columnas a los campos de la factura.
6. Revise y seleccione Iniciar importación.

Una vez que las facturas se hayan importado correctamente, haga clic en Aceptar. De lo contrario, tome nota de la advertencia/motivo y presione Listo.

Además, una integración de terceros puede enviar facturas directamente a QBO. Puede seleccionar Aplicaciones en el panel de navegación izquierdo para ver nuestras aplicaciones recomendadas.

Si el cliente paga una factura en el futuro, puede registrar los pagos de la factura en QuickBooks Online. Puede ser para una sola factura, pago parcial y pagos múltiples juntos.

I'm here to help you import invoices from different software in QuickBooks Online. To get started, let's open the software you used when creating the invoices and import them as an Excel file.

After that, follow these steps to upload the invoices:

1. Prepare your spreadsheet.
2. Click the Gear icon
3. Under Tools, choose Import data.
4. Select Invoices, then hit Next.
5. Map the column headers with invoice fields.
6. Review and select Start import.

Once the invoices are successfully imported, click OK.  Otherwise, take note of the warning/reason and hit Done.

Additionally, a third-party integration can directly bring in invoices to QBO. You can select Apps from the left navigation panel to view our recommended applications.

If the customer pays an invoice in the future, you can record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online. It can be for a single invoice, partial payment, and multiple payments together.
