Company Logo on Printed Invoices Very Distorted

Printing an invoice opens a new tab and presents a PDF. On the PDF my logo is crisp and clear as a bell. When I print the invoice the logo is very blurred and distorted. I had this problem with Quicken and one of the reasons I stopped using it. Please tell me there is a fix for this. Thank you.

I'm here to share some workarounds about your concern with with your logo in QuickBooks Online, @Race-MX. 

 

To prevent issues when viewing your logo, here are the things you need to consider:

 

  • It should be a .gif,.bmp,.png,.jpg,.jpe, or .jpeg file.
  • The size is smaller than 10 MB
  • 24-bits or less in bit depth (or color depth)
  • Square-shaped, since rectangles don’t work
  • Using the standard RGB color space
     

Please know that if your logo is CMKY-formatted, convert it into an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) before you upload it.
