completely deleting account in charge of accounts

While there are many options to edit accounts in the Chart of Accounts, there isn't a way to completely delete them. If you'll no longer be using the account you can make it inactive, as you mentioned above. Rather than deleting accounts, making them inactive allows you to have access to past transaction data for reporting purposes. Here's how you can make the unwanted account inactive:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the account you want to delete.
3. Click the Action ▼ dropdown and select Make inactive.
