Computer file name is shown in email

HELP and please don't just send a bot answer!!! 

SEE ATTACHED PDF OF EMAIL FROM QUICKBOOKS EMAIL WITH ATTACHED INVOICE...

Recently my web mail stopped working, couldn't figure that out, so switched to "quickbooks email" through my microsoft outlook.  Well emails are going out again BUT, now you all are showing my computer file name within the email you generate when I send a invoice. QB had to fix it once and now my file name is "fixed_my company LLC" now that looks real intelligent. Is there a way to fix this when using quickbooks email or should i go back to trying to figure out why my web mail just stopping working. 

 

Pray I get a real answer.  There are many "unsolved" questions on this matter.

    This can happen if the invoice template you're using is damaged. You can create a new template and check if it displays your company name correctly. Here’s how:

     

    1. Go to the Lists menu and select Templates.
    2. Press CTRL + N and choose Invoice.

    3. Enter all the details you need for the template, then click OK.

    After that, use the new template to send an invoice and check if the company name displays correctly.

     

    If the issue persists, you can also use the QuickBooks Tool Hub. This tool helps resolve some of the most common program and file issues. Here's how:

     

    1. Download the most recent version of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
    2. Open the downloaded file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). You can look it up in your Downloads folder.
    3. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
    4. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
    5. Once opened, look for Program Problems, then select Quick Fix my Program.
    6. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.

    So I tried this although I knew this is not coming from a template.....it did not work.  Please advise did you view the PDF I sent?   This is 100% something QB has formatted into the email invoice.  It shows my computer file name.  You all have had many questions regarding this and it seems no one is giving an answer regarding the issue.  WHY IS MY COMPUTER FILE NAME SHOWING AT THE TOP OF THE EMAIL I SENT USING "QUICKBOOKS EMAIL" AND OUTLOOK???????

    Sorry but I'm so frustrated it seems no one is really looking at what everyone is attaching as a sample.
