Hi, Debi.

I recognize the importance of keeping our accounts private and secure, especially for business purposes.

To clarify, did you utilize the Help icon within your QuickBooks to get assistance? If so, there's no need to be concerned about the security of your account.

Here's the step on how to contact support:

  1. Sign to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select (?) Help.
  3. Use the Search option to enter your inquiry regarding phishing or scam.

On the other hand, if you did not utilize our Contact feature and someone else invited you to access your account's information, I suggest submitting a report regarding phishing or scam to help protect yourself and your account from unauthorized access and potential security threats.

 Here's how to report it:

  1. Go to this link; https://security.intuit.com/.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Look for Report a fake email (or phishing email) and select on it.

For additional insights on how to recognize suspicious activity, you can refer to this link: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.
