Continue from my first post. Tried Chrome. Received error message that "app.qbo.intuit.com is currently unable to handle this request". I need to talk with someone.

Need help logging in. QBO changed and I have not been able to log inthe past 3 days.

This isn't the experience we want you to have when working with QuickBooks Online (QBO), @kjstrac.

 

I'll ensure you'll be routed in the right direction for support to assist you with this issue about logging into QBO.

 

I can see that you've already experienced this issue for days. With that said, you can contact our QBO Support Team so they can investigate this issue further.

 

We have different ways to reach out to them. I'll guide you on how:

 

  1. Go to the Search tab and click Contact Us.
  2. Enter your question and select Continue.
  3. Review and choose from the following: Have us call you and Chat with us.

 

You can check their support hours from this article so they can address your concerns promptly.
