Contractor bill management
Hello! We have a large pool of contractors who perform tasks and then send their invoices in for processing. We set up a dedicated email inbox for them to send the invoices - and then an assigned person accesses the inbox and processes these invoices as they come in.
Now we are adding a second person working part time, and we'd like to keep track of who did what. Is there perhaps an extension for Quickbooks which would capture these invoices as they are submitted and then show what needs to be processed. Then each of these two people could work on the invoices without stepping on each others' toes.
