Converting Subcustomers to Projects - Down for over a week

This feature has been broken for almost two weeks, and it is SEVERELY impacting our day to day operations.  Are there any updates?  We can't get anywhere by calling Quickbooks.

I suggest contacting our support team, as they have access to your account information and can provide details about your company. They could help determine why the issue is still not fixed. To contact support, follow the steps below.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Help (?) in the upper right corner.
  3. Choose or type Contact Us.
  4. Type your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.

We have contacted support multiple time with no resolution, and no help with any information as to when it will be fixed.  We are only told that it is a problem across the board for QBO.  That's why I am coming here.  Hoping that someone will help to escalate this issue and give us some sort of concrete information as to how it has worked for years, and now, all of the sudden, it is not working and hasn't been able to be fixed in two weeks.
