Copy Estimate to Purchase Order Missing in "New Layout" of Quickbooks Online Estimates

Hi!  I'm working in a QBO instance that was updated to the "New Layout" within the Estimates module.  I notice that after creating and saving an estimate, I'm unable to select "Copy to purchase order".  This is a key feature I need for a client workflow.  Posting here to voice the concern that this is missing from the "new layout" should it eventually be forced upon all users.  For now, I reverted to "Old Layout" and my problem is solved.  Just nervous that this feature could be stripped down the line.  Thanks!

The Copy to purchase order function is currently unavailable in the new invoice experience. At this time, users have to switch to the old layout to use the feature.

 

We value your opinion and suggestions about how QuickBooks Online (QBO) works. This will guide our product engineers on how to improve existing functionalities and develop new ones to cater to the needs of our customers.

 

I suggest submitting feedback about the Copy to purchase order option to our product engineers for inclusion in upcoming improvements. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in your company and choose Feedback under Profile
  2. Enter your product ideas in the field box.
  3. Click Next to submit.
