Hi,

I found an error for a contractor after I already submitted my 1099 files electronically via Quickbooks (online) and it was accepted by the IRS.  I'm trying to make the correction and follow these instructions

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/form-1099-nec/correct-change-1099s-quickbooks/L1Wd3BRXb_US_en_US?uid=m6sfufyp

But for me there's only an option to "View" not "Correct"

So if we have an irate vendor that got the wrong form, I have to tell them to wait some unspecified time, or do it myself?  Why do you have the directions up there when they aren't available?
