Let me help you locate your 1099 form that has been rejected by the IRS, Menayati.
There's an ongoing issue about customers being charged for 1099 filings but no filings are found under the 1099 Filings tab. Our product team is already working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
Usually, rejection happens if your company information, EIN, or SSN doesn't match the IRS records and if the contractor's address doesn't match IRS records like an incomplete ZIP code, wrong state, or a non-US address. You can update and complete any information you find that is incorrect or missing. Then, resubmit your 1099. You'll not be charged when resubmitting your form for the second time.
However, if you're still prompted that the form is rejected and are unable to locate the rejected form, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can investigate further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. I've also added this article to show you how you can void your 1099 forms to correct the information that causes the rejection: Fixed Rejected 1099 Forms.
On top of that, take a look at your employees' information and business finances using the list of payroll reports that you can use. You can browse this article for your reference: Run Payroll Reports.
