creating and appointment with quickbooks online.

For the last 14 years I have been using quickbooks online and creating customer appointments using the create an appointment on the app and desktop. I have never used and don't want to use the time app. I use google calendar and have all my employees set up so we can all see each others appointments. We also have an online software "timetap" that integrates with our google calendars. I would like to have this feature back on the quickbooks desktop and app. The issue with the time app is that it does not sync/read the appointments that are scheduled from timetap software so we would have an issue with double bookings. 

Can someone fix this issue...... it stopped working around 3/25/24

To begin with, have you received a specific error in the QuickBooks Time when it stopped working? If so, please let me know. Any additional information will be highly appreciated.

 

Meanwhile, I suggest getting in touch with the Timetap support team. This way, you'll know if they're having a software issue, which caused QuickBooks Time to no longer sync/read the appointments.

 

Additionally, I highly recommend submitting feedback about the feature that you want to add in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop: 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, located at the top right corner.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestions/comments and click Submit.

 

Once done, you can track the status of your request in our customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.

 

In the meantime, you can check out alternative apps that integrate with QuickBooks that you can utilize to schedule an appointment.
