credit card register

Hello,

I use QB desktop version Manufacturing and Wholesale 24.0

One of my credit card register views has turned gray and the vertical lines are no longer showing.

Also, the "memo" column has been replaced with an "account" column.

And the details are not opening when I double click on the line items.

I cannot figure out how to get it back to a regular register view. It's driving me crazy.

Your register is in 1-Line view.

To return to the other view, uncheck the 1-Line checkbox near the bottom left corner of the register window.
