How do I get to the page that shows the credit card transactions? It lists the name on card, $, fees, everything. I can never remember how to get there.

Hi there, dbridges.

You have several options to show your credit card transactions that list the name of the card, amount, and fees. I'd be happy to share it with you.

You can run a credit card bank register to review all your credit card transactions. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Find the checking account and click View register.

Your second option is to go to the Banking feeds. Let me guide you how.

  1. Click Transactions from the left menu, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Choose the credit card account.
  3. From the For review tab, you can check all your credit card transactions.

You can also run a Transaction Detail by Account report to view all your credit card transactions that list the name of the card, amount, and fees.

Just in case you want to reconcile your checking account, you can check out this article for more guidance: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. This will help you match your QuickBooks transactions to your bank statements.

Come back to this post if you have other concerns or follow-up questions about this. I'm always here to help.
