Custom invoice
QB online
I wanted to edit our existing custom invoice but the only template that came up was standard. I opened it, couldn't find what I wanted, left without saving and now my invoice template is different. My payor view is different. I get a message saying I am using an old template and when I select switch template it only gives option for standard template. I called priority circle support and they were supposed to get back to me, but it has been 24 hours and nothing... I've read there was an update and now a known glitch, but I need to get my customer facing invoice back in my view. I need help:
1. Getting my custom invoice view back
2. Support - the phone support has been dreadful. The last 3 issues I have had have not been resolved.
