Custom Messages for Invoices and Estimates

When setting up a custom message under Account & Settings, Sales, Messages:

For invoices it lets me add a cc and bcc email, but for estimates it doesn't. Am I missing something?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I can definitely help you with that.

 

Currently, the option to add the cc and bcc email in the estimate section on the Account and Settings page is unavailable. As a workaround, you'll have to open the estimate transaction.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select + New, then select Estimate.
  2. Select Cc/Bcc.
  3. Fill in the email information.
  4. Click done.
