Customer Credit Card Statements - My company name wrong!

When my clients open my invoices and pay their bill with me, on THEIR credit card or bank statement it says a different company name?

 

Does anyone know how to fix this? I was on the phone with 5 different agents (FOR 3 HOURS) and none of them seem to understand what I am talking about!! I have gone over my profile and looked everywhere in my platform, but can not find how this is happening.

 

So people don't recognize the other company name so they are disputing the charges now!

You can actually log in to your Merchant account and check or update the name of the business. Here's how: 

 

  1. Log in to your merchant account here: https://merchantcenter.intuit.com/.
  2. Click Account and select Account Profile.
  3. Proceed to the Account Holder/Business Information section, then click Edit if the name is wrong.
  4. Type in the required information and click Submit.

If the information is already accurate, I would suggest reaching out to our customer support once more. I am aware that you've previously contacted them several times regarding your company name. However, they are the right team capable of taking a look at your account and exploring alternative solutions to ensure this matter is resolved.
