Let me help you sort this out so your customer can successfully pay online.

 

If your customers see an error when they select Pay Now, your customers should follow any instructions they see in the error message. If there aren't any steps, they can perform the following: 

 

First, try opening your account in a private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it fixes the issues, go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache.

 

Next, right-click Review and Pay in the invoice email and copy the URL. Open a web browser and paste the link into the address bar. If the link still doesn't open, try another web browser.

 

Then, make sure their web browser is up to date. Also, QuickBooks Payments works best with these web browsers:
