When you say custom codes, are you referring to the extra fields you can add in a quote? These custom fields will only print if you set your settings to "Print on form" under the Lists section.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select All lists.
3. Choose Custom Fields.
4. Find the custom field, then click Edit.
5. Enable the Print on form option.
