Daily Sales bundle items not show

Hi,
Last month, I set up a bundle to assist with recording Daily Sales receipts (cash, credit, sales, etc.), and it worked smoothly. However, now the bundle items are not populating when I try to create a sales receipt. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello there, @restaurant_6501. Let's resolve the issue you’re experiencing with not being able to see the bundle items when generating sales receipts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Beforehand, have you checked if the bundle items are still active on the Products and Services page? If you haven't done so already, please follow these steps to review:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Products & services.
  2. Click the Filter icon.
  3. From the Status dropdown, choose Inactive, then click Apply.
  4. Find the bundle item that you need to reactivate.
  5. From the Action column, choose Make active.

 

Then, please review if you have enabled the option to Display bundle components when printing or sending transactions from the bundle item itself. Please see the attached screenshot below for your visual reference:

 

After that, check if you can see the bundle items when creating your sales receipts for daily sales.

 

Another possible reason why the bundle item is not visible could be the local internet cache and cookies stored in your browser. If you haven't done so already, I suggest accessing QBO through a private/incognito window. The private window will not save any history, making it an excellent environment for identifying browser problems. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Once you're in incognito mode, check if the bundle item is visible on the Products and Services page and whether it is now appearing when creating sales receipts. If everything works perfectly in the private window, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing the cache and cookies is the best way to refresh your browser. Alternatively, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.

The bundle is active and I have clear the cache as you mentioned. I also tried using different browser but it still did not populate the bundle items. I can select the bundle from the product/service drop down but the item list is not displayed. Please advise.
