Dashboard Changes :(

I am very unhappy with the constant updates and changes to the layout. We should have an option to keep the classic layout. I am not paying the dev's to keep changing the look, I just want performance...which has been lacking. Still can't enter new inventory without taking two extra steps compared to 7 months ago, and now I need to navigate from the bar to enter a sales receipt. Please tell me I can revert to a previous version. This is HIGHLY annoying.

It's definitely not the impression we want to impose with the new BETA experience. I'm here to ensure you can deliver your ideas and opinions to the right place.

 

The new layout prompts users to switch to the new interface to help customers better manage their products and inventory in QuickBooks Online. Indeed, it would be more convenient to work with the version we got used to. However, switching between the layouts is currently not available. 

 

Therefore, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product engineers. They might consider your insights while working on enhancing our product.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Head to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Share your comments or product improvement ideas.
  4. Click Next to submit.

 

You can keep updated on your product suggestions through this website: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.

 

On the other hand, consider running a report to get insights about what you buy and sell and the status of your inventory.
