Other windows seem more stable.
This is unacceptable and as a newly moved to online customer it is VERY disconcerting

I'm here to help you overcome this roadblock and ensure you can open QuickBooks Online (QBO)smoothly in your Safari browser, KH-19.

Sometimes, accumulated cache files in your Safari browser may be causing the issue you encountered. We can perform basic troubleshooting steps to isolate this issue. Start by opening your account in a private or incognito window. Based on your browser type, click Command + Shift +N.

After signing in, revisit and access your dashboard. If this resolves the problem, return to your default browser and clear the cache so the system can restart. Clearing the cache allows you to work with a clean slate. In the meantime, you can also use other supported browsers, as there could be a temporary issue with the browser you're currently using.

If the issue persists, you can contact our Customer Support Team to investigate this case further and determine the underlying cause.

Additionally, check out this article to help you enter your old transactions into QBO: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Just add a comment below if you need more help accessing your QBO account using Safari. I'll keep the thread open so you can comment back. Stay safe!
