Open your company file and hit CTRL + 1 keys. How big is your Total Target?

I'd be glad to guide you through some troubleshooting steps to resolve your concern with migrating your data from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Petstore.

Let's start performing the Verify Rebuild function to assist users in maintaining the integrity of their financial data files, including data migration. This option is essential when users encounter data issues or suspect data corruption.

Before that, please back up your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company file to download the latest fixes available in the application. Then, proceed with the steps below:

Verify Data:

  1. Press the File menu.
  2. Choose Utilities from the drop-down option.
  3. Select Verify Data.
  4. Tap Ok to continue.

Rebuild Data:

  1. Click the File tab at the top.
  2. Select Utilities from the drop-down option.
  3. Choose Rebuild Data.
  4. Click Ok on Rebuild has completed.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our customer support team. They have the necessary tools to check your account and investigate this issue further. Here's how:

  1. In the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern and hit Continue.
  4. Select to Chat with us or Have us call you.

Additionally, I've included this article to help you prepare for using QuickBooks Online after migrating your company data: Get ready to use QuickBooks Online.
