Deleting customers that have not purchased from us in 10 years

Welcome to the Community, @tgsinc12. I've got the steps for deleting your customer in QuickBooks Point of Sale.

Here's how: 

1. Select the customer record you want to delete from the customer list.
2. Choose Delete from the I Want To dropdown.
3. A message pop-up will show.
4. Click Delete to confirm the deletion.

Please note that you can't delete a customer with a non-zero account balance. To delete such a customer, reduce the balance to zero by taking a payment on the account.
