Deleting open invoices

I know how precious time is for you and the relevance of keeping your records organized, especially your invoices. Let me provide an alternate method for deleting your sales entries.

Before we start, may I know which QuickBooks version you're using? Please know that the Accountant menu is only available in the following versions: QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Accountant and Enterprise.

Regarding the batch deletion of entries, the feature is only available in QBDT Accountant 2018, Enterprise and Enterprise Accountant 18.0, and later versions. Otherwise, we'll have to manually delete the invoices.

If you're not subscribed to any of the desktop programs mentioned above, you can consider using a third-party application to remove the sales entries in bulk. Let's run a quick search in the Intuit Marketplace.

From there, type a keyword in the search bar to speed up the process like, batch deleter programs. From the list, browse each one to learn more about how the app works.
