We're aware that some QuickBooks Online (QBO) users are currently experiencing errors when sending invoices. Our engineers are working to fix it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, I suggest downloading the PDF file and sending them out manually via your email provider. This way, you'll be able to send invoices real-time. Here's how:
Select Print or Preview and then hit Print Preview.
Click the Download icon.
Once done, login to your email and attach the file to send them by hand.

Seems like you have no problem charging us for our QBO membership.
And I think we can figure out how to download estimates and invoices, attach to an email and send, but it is a huge pain in the rear. I have no Idea if my customers are getting estimates or invoices, and I look super professional calling them and asking, "did you get that?"
