Desktop keeps telling me we have to renew our subscription when it's NOT due.

Quickbooks Desktop keeps telling us we have to renew our subscription within 7 days. It's not due for 10 MONTHS. We purchased the annual subscription in April, now it's constantly telling us we have to renew within 7 days.

Please no 'experts', I would like to hear from people that actually understand the product.

Can you login to CAMPS as the Primary Contact and find your license status there?
